At Viaggio in India, we aim to provide exceptional travel experiences through our diverse services, including Bhutan Tours, Nepal Tours, Car Rental, and Tour By Cities. By using our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for both our customers and our company.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using any of the services offered by Viaggio in India, including Bhutan Tours, Nepal Tours, and Car Rental services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we recommend refraining from using our services.
2. Booking Policy
All bookings are subject to availability. To confirm a booking, you must provide complete and accurate information, including personal and payment details. Viaggio in India reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion.
- Bhutan and Nepal Tours: For these international tours, bookings should ideally be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date to ensure proper arrangements for permits and accommodations.
- Car Rental and Tours by Cities: These services can be booked more flexibly, but we recommend booking at least 3 days in advance to ensure availability.
3. Payment Terms
Payments for all services must be made in full before the commencement of the tour or rental service. Accepted modes of payment include credit cards, debit cards, online transfers, and other specified methods as listed on our website.
- Deposit: For Bhutan and Nepal Tours, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 15 days before the tour starts.
- Late Payments: In case of late payments or incomplete payments, Viaggio in India reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we have structured our cancellation policies to be as flexible as possible. However, certain cancellation fees will apply depending on the time of cancellation.
- For Bhutan and Nepal Tours:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund minus a small processing fee.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- For Car Rental and Tour by Cities:
- Cancellations made 7 days before the service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
5. Amendments to Bookings
If you need to make any changes to your booking (such as change of dates, services, or participants), please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, any changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Liability
Viaggio in India is committed to ensuring a safe and pleasant travel experience. However, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, accidents, political unrest, or changes in travel restrictions that may affect your tour or rental experience.
- Health and Safety: Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel. It is recommended that you consult a physician before embarking on international tours to Bhutan or Nepal.
- Insurance: We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for international tours. This will cover unforeseen issues like cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
7. Service-Specific Terms
- Bhutan Tours and Nepal Tours: These tours may require special permits and visas. Viaggio in India will assist in obtaining necessary permits, but travelers must ensure they have valid passports and visas for travel.
- Car Rental: Car rental services are available for self-drive or with a chauffeur. In the case of self-drive rentals, the renter must have a valid driving license and comply with all local traffic laws. Any damages caused to the vehicle during the rental period will be the renter's responsibility.
8. Code of Conduct
We expect all travelers to respect local customs, traditions, and laws while traveling. Any illegal or disrespectful behavior may result in the immediate termination of services without any refunds. Viaggio in India reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any part of your experience, please inform us during your tour or rental period so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may contact us within 14 days of your return to file a formal complaint.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Viaggio in India reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review the updated terms before booking. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
